Projects. Project IDs may be hard to recall on the fly since we are human beings, not machines! To help you easily identify the project a work order is associated with, we display the project name in addition to its ID when you view the WO details, or when you link a service request to a project via the edit WO overlay.
Bug fixes
Core modules
Invoices. Providers hit a snag when downloading an Excel report on their invoices. Invoice reports can be exported without errors now.
MLI. Employees belonging to a multi-level invoice (MLI) approval level couldn’t update the category and GL code on invoices although they had the required permission. The problem occurred after the Can Change Category and Can Change Code permissions were enabled for the MLI level on the MLI Configuration page. The changes were saved for the MLI level but weren’t applied to existing MLI rules.
Work Orders. Searching for work orders with no extended status didn’t work in the map view. After you applied the filter, the map didn’t show any service requests — though they existed.
Work Orders. The map view was acting suspiciously: it would tell you there were no work orders matching your criteria when you filtered work orders by problem description. This issue occurred if a WO problem description had some characters and their combinations, for example, “/”, “?:”, and “*”.
Add-on modules
Refrigerant Tracking Manager. The system didn’t let you add part usages to work orders that were associated with assets connected to a rack. Today is the day when it becomes possible! You can capture part usages on such work orders. Keep in mind that in Asset Manager these part usages become associated with the parent rack asset rather than with its children assets.
