Features and improvements
Core modules
API. Exclusively for Field Tech Manager (FTM) providers, we are introducing a new API method: PUT /workorder/{workOrderId}/decline. Using this method, provider admins can decline a work order on behalf of the technician who is assigned to perform the service.
Locations & Provider Assignments. A quick and easy way to search for locations by address is there for you! Watch for the Address option in the filters list on the locations page.
Locations & Provider Assignments. The open and closed dates of a location stop being limitless. But don’t worry, we’ve incorporated quite a long timespan — from the year 1900 to the year 9999. Pick any date in that range!
Add-on modules
Projects. Each of the following user roles — Admin User, Financial Manager, and Financial Manager Admin — now grants employees extra permissions: to create, edit, and take other action on projects in the Projects module.
Bug fixes
Core modules
Dashboard. When you landed on the tab with open work orders in Dashboard 2.0, the page got frozen if no open work orders existed for the location. We’ve warmed up the dashboard engine to avoid freezing.
General. Employees whose ServiceChannel accounts were created via template had an issue with setting their passwords. The invitation email was sent out to them with a link to create a password. The link was said to expire after 14 days, but it became inactive after 24 hours.
Invoices. When the number of trades you selected to filter invoices was too large (namely over 400), some invoices got left out and didn’t appear on the list. We do include them in the results now.
MLP. When you deleted the provider’s email address while making the final approval of a proposal (based on your MLP hierarchy), we still sent an email notifying the provider about your action. Now, if you opt to send no email to the provider by removing their email from the proposal approval overlay, we don’t send anything.
Proposals. The proposals list stopped showing the WO problem description on proposals that had a linked work order. We’ve won this piece of info back.
Add-on modules
No bugs for add-on modules.
