Features and improvements

Invoices. You can sort invoices by amount — from largest to smallest or vice versa. This new option is available among sorting criteria on the invoices list. Give it a try!

Work Orders. We’ve taken a step forward in making the WOs list load faster. More steps are yet to come. Stay tuned!

Bug fixes

Admin. Providers can no longer manually add employees to the General Contacts section of their Directory (aka Fixxbook) profile. To put a person on the contacts list, admins need to assign any Directory permission to that employee in the User Management section.

Admin. When completing the Diverse Contractors/Suppliers section of the Directory (aka Fixxbook) profile, providers couldn’t set the certification type to Not Applicable. Once they picked this option, the button for saving the info got deactivated.

Compliance Manager. In the Excel report on active providers you downloaded from the Contractors section, the insurance expiration date was off base in some cases. Whatever these cases were, they don’t affect the date anymore. Important: since your providers may have four different insurance certificates with four different expiration dates, the report displays the closest date only.

Dashboard. Clicking the info icon in the Approve Invoices section led you to the invoice history. Nothing abnormal so far. However, you couldn’t go back — the Back to Report button teleported you to the View Invoice History section instead of the page where you came from.

Dashboard. In Dashboard 2.0, work order attachments were available on the WO details page even when you disallowed showing them in your dashboard. Next time you clear the Allow View Attachments checkbox on the Report tab of your settings, we hide the files from both the WO list and detailed views.

Planned Maintenance Manager. Frequency attachments were downloaded to your device with incorrect file names. Since attachment names should remain intact, they now really do.

Site Planning Manager. On the Site Planning Setup page of the Admin module, downloading an audit template triggered an error, but not anymore.

Work Orders. In Provider Automation, you couldn’t assign a work order to an FTM technician in case it was created more than 12 months ago. With this release, the WO age plays no part in the assignment process. What really matters is the WO scheduled date — it should not exceed 12 months.
