Core modules

Locations & Provider Assignments. From now on, you can try out the new provider prior adding them into your network. Click Pilot at the top of the Locations & Provider Assignments main page to open the Locations and Assignments / Pilot page. You can create a pilot for the newly accepted provider or the existing private network provider. To set up a provider pilot, select the Create Pilot button and enter the provider name, up to 3 desired trades, number of work orders for pilot completion, email, and locations included in the pilot.

Provider Search. Searching for a provider by name, you can now quickly verify they’re on the ServiceChannel and invite them into your network without viewing their performance history. Also, you still can view their performance history to see if they fit your needs.

Core modules

Invoices. Hawk-eyed users detected the wrong total time calculation and a mismatch between the work order and invoice. We've eliminated all discrepancies between the total work time information on the work order and invoice details page.

Add-on modules

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. After you successfully updated a refrigeration asset via the MS Excel template, a duplicate record appeared in the Charge History section under the Asset History > Refrigeration History tab on the asset details view page. We've got rid of duplicates.
