You can access the work order management page directly from the User Management page, which allows you to assign and forward work orders to technicians. See Assign Work Orders to Technicians in Work Order Assignment for more detailed information.
⦿ How to Access Work Order Assignments
1. On the main User Management screen, click WO Assignments, the Work Order Assignments page appears.
2. on the Work Order Assignments page, you can assign and forward work orders to the desired technicians.
