Features and improvements
Work Orders. Welcome the updates to the WOs list design! The status info is now more visually prominent thanks to the new colored vertical bars on each work order.
Work Orders. When you create an invoice from the new WOs list, the page for generating an invoice opens in a new browser tab. Thus, after submitting an invoice, you can quickly go back to the WOs list and pick up where you left off.
Bug fixes
Dashboard. Because of too many work orders created for a location, the Open Work Orders page in Dashboard 2.0 got stuck loading. It doesn’t hang anymore, and you can scroll through all your “Open” and “In Progress” work orders.
General. We’ve fixed the issue with downloading an MS Excel report on contractors in the Service Providers section.
Work Orders. For dashboard service requests with attachments, the problem description revealed a person’s ID instead of showing their name. We don’t give away the ID info anymore.
Work Orders. In Provider Automation, the subscriber name is no longer missing from listed work orders when you filter WOs by subscriber.
Work Orders. In Safari, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge, adding a note from the new WOs list brought you to the top of the page. You had to scroll down to find the updated WO. Now we remember your scroll position.
Work Orders. On the new WOs list, you couldn’t delete saved filters with long names — the trash icon was simply missing from the overlay for editing filters.
