Sorting Work Orders
You can sort your work orders list by the following criteria:
- Scheduled - Earliest First: The work orders will be sorted by scheduled date: from the earliest scheduled date to the latest, with the earliest ones appearing on top of the list.
- Scheduled - Latest First: The work orders will be sorted by scheduled date: from the latest scheduled date to the earliest, with the latest ones appearing on top of the list.
- Store # - Closest First: The work orders will be sorted by location ID. Using your mobile device GPS location (or Location Services), the app will sort work orders from the stores closest to you to the ones farthest away, with the ones closest to you appearing on top of the list.
- Call Date - Oldest First: The work orders will be sorted by call date: from the oldest call date to the latest, with the oldest appearing on top of the list.
- Call Date - Newest First: The work orders will be sorted by call date: from the latest call date to the oldest, with the latest appearing on top of the list.
- Priority - Highest First: The work orders will be sorted by priority: from the highest priority to the lowest, with the highest priority appearing on top of the list.
⦿ How to Sort Work Orders
- On the work orders list, tap Sort. The Sort Work Orders screen opens.
- Tap the desired sorting option.
The list gets reordered based on your selection.
Filtering Work Orders
ServiceChannel Provider can be used to create unique filters that will make locating work orders easier.
You can set up several filters that return specific types or categories of work orders. The available filter options are:
- Month Range: Use the slider to select the range, in months, from 0 to 12.
- Location: Select the required locations from the list of locations that you have permissions to view.
- Priority: Select from the available priorities set by your administrator.
- Status: Pick from the available work order status options set by your administrator.
- Trade: Pick from the trades assigned to you by your administrator.
- Category: Select from the available work order categories set by your administrator.
- Accepted: Toggle between All work orders (ALL), Work orders accepted by you (BY ME), and Unaccepted work orders (UNACCEPTED).
You can add additional filters by tapping the + plus icon in the upper-right corner of the Filter Work Orders screen.
You can create up to 4 filter sets in SC Provider.
By tapping the ✐ pencil icon, you can rename additional filters to reflect the general idea of your filter sets.
⦿ How to Filter Work Orders
- Tap Filter on the work orders list.
- Select the required filter options to suit your needs.
- Tap Apply to activate the filter.
