Bug fixes
General. In Provider Automation, the Help link located under your name in the top right corner redirected you to our old ServiceChannel University. Now the link leads you to our redesigned knowledge base.
Invoices. After you approved a batch of invoices, notes added to the related WOs stated that the approval code was removed — even though you didn’t do that. Apologies for this confusion.
Invoices. The print version of the invoices list looked messy because of a broken layout.
Invoices. We’ve fixed the issue with GL codes containing non-Latin characters. Previously, work order notes displayed these codes incorrectly.
Refrigerant Tracking Manager. In the edit WO overlay, if the radio buttons for adding the refrigerant usage info aren’t available to a subscriber, they don’t appear for their providers anymore.
Work Orders. On the new WOs list, the info on linked service requests didn’t show up when you hovered over the link icon. The issue happened when you ran a WO report via QuickView.
Work Orders. The WO notes and status history showed user IDs instead of the names of people who updated the work order.
Work Orders. When a WO with an associated asset was changed, you received a notification email with an attachment where the asset info was missing.
Work Orders. WO notes in Service Automation and notification emails contained developer code, so you could hardly read them. We’ve made them look human-friendly again!
