Core modules
Analytics Standard. From now on, the Project Id and Project Name fields become links redirecting you to the project details page in Service Automation.
Work Orders. Upon adding a note on a work order, the Notify Providers checkbox can now default to selected and include the provider email. 📞Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the feature.
Add-on modules
Analytics Premium. The Latest WO Note - Followup Date dimension is now available under the Work Order Notes section in the Work Order Explore.
Bug fixes
Core modules
Dashboard. To avoid confusion, a dashboard user can no longer access proposal or RFP pages in ServiceAutomation via direct links.
Invoices. Occasionally, when you tried to submit an invoice via the MS Excel template, you saw the following error message in the result file: Invalid PIN or Tracking Number. This resulted in the inability to create an invoice despite providing accurate information. We've tackled the issue.
