Features and improvements



Core modules

Analytics Standard. We've added the Country filter on the Executive Dashboard under Pilot Dashboards.

Compliance Manager. The Trade drop-down filter was added on the Active Invitations and Invitation History tabs on the My Invitation page.

Proposal. After your inactivity time exceeds the time set in the ServiceChannel Web Inactivity Timeout section on the Admin-Permissions > Security page, when you try to perform any actions on the Proposal page, you will see the following message: API call rejected by security permissions. You will be redirected to login page in 3 seconds.

Add-on modules

Analytics Premium. The Percentage Same Day Completion measure is now available under the Work Orders section in the Work Orders Explore.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. You can now mark the refrigerant asset as containing a component. Select the Has Component checkbox on the Manage Assets > Add Asset page during the refrigerant asset creation.




Bug fixes



Core modules

Asset Manager. Even with the Manager role enabled on the Asset (Equipment) > Administration > Manage Roles page, you couldn't update an asset's type on the asset details view page. We've tackled the issue.   

Planned Maintenance Manager. Due to the under-the-hood issue, users with the Planned Maintenance Admin role couldn't add attachments while editing PM frequencies. We've fixed this issue. 

Work Orders. Hawk-eyed users detected duplicates on the work order list view page. The issue occurred when provider created a work order via the Contractor-Initiated Work Order (CIWO) experience in the SC Provider app. No more duplicates!

Add-on modules

Enhanced Inventory Manager. The Warehouses and Trucks section headers were missing on the Inventory Administration > Restocking Options and Schedule page. We've brought it back.

Enhanced Inventory Manager. The list of FTM providers on the Admin — Inventory Permissions page was empty. Now, all FTM providers are listed properly.
