Features and improvements

Core modules

Proposals. From now on, the proposal number on the proposal action modals becomes a link redirecting you to the proposals details page.

Site Planning Manager. The Overall Score column has been added to the MS Excel site audit report.

Add-on modules

Enhanced Inventory Manager. The Canceled option is now available for the purchasing transactions in Inventory. Once you select it, the following notification appears: The transfer status was changed to canceled and removed from this list.

Projects. We've added the Country filter under the Approval Required, Projects, and Tasks tabs. 📞 Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the feature.

Bug fixes

Core modules

Invoices. Occasionally, after an invoice update, when you return to the invoice list view page and try to refresh it according to the selected filters, the page is stuck on processing. We've conquered this tricky bug. Now, invoices are displayed based on your chosen filter without the page freezing.

Proposals. After you reassigned a work order to another provider and tried to reject proposals from the previous provider, the Review Related Proposals overlay got stuck loading and left you sitting on the fence. No more worries about this issue.

Proposals. When you added the additional approval codes (AACs) during the approval process, the AACs didn't populate on the Action Result popup. We've tackled the issue.

Work Orders. When you edit the check-in/out records on a work order, you couldn't select the date before the current date. We've fixed it. Now, you can choose the check-out date in the past that does not precede the work order call's date.

Work Orders. With the enabled auto-confirmation setting on the Feedback tab of the dashboard settings, PM work orders generated in the Completed / Pending Confirmation status did not switch to Completed / Confirmed status. Now, all work orders change their status in this case.

Add-on modules

No bugs for add-on modules.
