Core modules

Work Orders. Upon reassigning a work order, if you do not select an appropriate reason for reassignment in the Reason for Reassignment drop-down, you'll see a visual red indicator to help you better identify the missed required field.

Add-on modules

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. We've transformed the Show Only Refrigerant checkbox into toggle in the Filter By section on the Manage Assets page. Here, you can choose the option to see all assets, only refrigerant assets, or all besides refrigerant assets.




Bug fixes



Core modules

Critical Alerts. When you received the notification about the missed scheduled ETA date via the Critical Alerts functionality, you might have noticed that the acknowledgment link was not clickable. We've spotted the problem and cracked it.

Invoices. The invoice result file was not generated after you uploaded the MS Excel invoice template. We've brought it back.

Planned Maintenance Manager. Users with the Planned Maintenance Admin and Power User Lite secondary roles couldn't edit PM frequencies. We've done away with this issue.

Proposals. After proposal creation, if you added a link in the proposal description field, the link was cut off on the proposal details view page and in the email. After some tweaks on our side, you see full links in the proposal description.

Work Orders. Providers couldn't see work order attachments in the New Work Order Note email notification. Now, providers will see all added attachments by clicking the See Attachments link.

Work Orders. There was a discrepancy between the work order status on the web and the New Work Order Note email notification. The work order status in email notifications will now be shown accurately.

Add-on modules

Projects. When you removed the Project ID from a proposal, you saw the warning (warning) icon without an error message. We've fixed it, and now you'll see the following error message: If you delete Project ID of this Proposal you will initiate deleting it on all related Work Orders and Proposals.
