SC Mobile 2310.1 iOS RNs

General. The ServiceChannel Mobile app for Apple devices using iOS version 17 is now available. We would like to remind you that the application requires iOS versions 14 or later. Make sure your device is up to date!

Assets. After you created an asset and then refresh the screen, a duplicate asset showed up on the Asset List screen. We’ve got rid of duplicates.

Site Planning. Searching by location, user, or audit name, you were unable to open any audits on the Site Planning screen. Also, all audits without applied filters were displayed instead. We've fixed it.

Work Orders. Occasionally, a system error message appeared when you tried to change the trade on a work order during creation. The error does not pop up anymore.
