Features and improvements



Work Orders. The dashboard settings in the ServiceChannel Mobile app have been expanded. The following dashboard settings have been added: 

  • During the work order creation process: Turn Off Problem Description, Show Private Store Notes, Days Of History To Display, Confirmation Message, Enable Location Notes, Always show location notes, and Hide work order priority field.
  • On the Confirm/Create WO screen: Enable Accounting Fields, Show Recipients, Add Copy Recipient, Delete Copy Recipient, and Enable Work Order field.

All these settings can be enabled and managed on the Request Confirm and Request tabs under the dashboard settings in Service Automation.

 

Bug fixes



Proposals. When you created a work order while approving a standalone proposal, the work order always went to the primary ranked provider instead of the provider who create the proposal. Thus, the NTE amount was displayed incorrectly and the approved proposal wasn't linked to the work order. We've pinpointed the issue and taken care of it.

Work Orders. You couldn't create a work order with a negative NTE amount, but it’s feasible with this release.
