Projects. The Projects module's capabilities continue to expand! We know you want more details. Here they are:

  • You’ll be able to create projects for up to 2,500 locations at once via template uploading. Users can download the blank template from the Projects tab of the module by clicking Bulk Projects.

  • We’ve added the ability to pre-approve projects automatically after their creation.

  • You can select multiple projects to be sent for approval at one time.

  • When multiple projects have reached the Approved status, you can move them to the In Progress status in bulk, selecting the desired projects and clicking the Start Projects button in the Projects Action section. You can start up to 2,500 Approved projects at one time.

  • A bunch of work order tasks can be uploaded via the Bulk Work Order Creation template as part of the project scoping process. Thus, instead of creating one task at a time, you can create multiple WO tasks in one go.

  • You can issue multiple WO and RFP tasks in bulk across various projects/locations. Tasks don't need to be a part of the same project.

  • A bunch of requests for proposals (RFPs) can be uploaded via the Bulk RFP template as part of the project scoping process.

Bug fixes

Core modules

Proposals. On the proposals list view the District filter option were missing on the Filter By tab. We've brought it back.

Provider Directory. Occasionally, providers couldn't change the email of the company on the profile page. No error messages were displayed. This happens if the email was already used for the login. Now in this case the following error message appears: The following company uses this email for one of their logins.

Add-on modules

Analytics Premium. The WO Attachment count dimension displayed the wrong amount of work order attachments in the Work Order Explore. We've settled that matter.

Projects. To avoid confusion, we've removed the ability to issue work orders and RFPs in a project without approving them first.
