CIWO. Due to the under-the-hood issue, when a technician created a work order via the Contractor-Initiated Work Order (CIWO) experience at the location GPS radius, the work order was created in the In Progress / Validation Required status instead of the Completed / Pending Confirmation status. We've settled that matter.

Work Orders. Occasionally, when you checked out on a work order and tried to select the resolution code, the Next button was grayed out. We've tackled the issue.
