The Data Direct release for September is going live next week. Below is the list of changes.

 Features and improvements

  • New Table label_history: This data provides the history log of changes made to a work order label. This table has already been made available as part of an early release.
  • Additional Fields in the following tables:
    • providers.processing_email: Will contain the data of a provider's processing email.
    • location.locationFullName: Will contain the data of a location full name.
    • vendors.subscriberID: Will include the relationship between Vendor and Subscriber. If a client has multiple subscriptions in SC, this enhancement will enable us to provide primary vendor information for each of their subscriptions.

The above changes will also be updated in the latest ERD diagram and on our Data Direct page.
