Data Direct December 2024 release is now live. Below is the list of changes.

Features and Improvements

  • Bug fix for the wo_amount_breakdown table. Previously, when an update was happening to the existing records in this table, the UpdatedDateInDataDirect field was not getting updated. This issue has been addressed so that going forward, the UpdatedDateInDataDirect field for this table accurately reflects the timestamp the update was made.
  • The Status field is added to the audit_check_list_item table. This will help to identify non-audited records that need to be excluded for overall audit score calculation.
  • Enhancements to support editing the audit_check_list_item table completed. Since the platform allows users to save audit items in progress, changes were made in Data Direct to bring in the updated values to be consistent with what is on the platform. The UpdatedDateInDataDirect field can be used to identify when a record was updated in Data Direct. 
  • For customers using the flat file delivery option, please make sure the processes on your end are using the new SAS Token (2025 SAS Token). The 2025 token is available in your last pass folder and is named using the SubscriberId-SubscriberName-2025 convention. Kindly replace the outdated token with the new one. Please note that the old token won't work after December 31st.
