Hello!

Data Direct October 2024 release is now live. Below is the list of changes:

Features and Improvements

  • The AssetId field is added to the Checklists table to capture the asset identifier for which the checklist response was submitted. For responses to non-asset specific checklists, this field will not be populated.
  • The CallerId field is added to the workorder_ivr table.
  • Addressed a bug where invoice records that were deleted at the source side were not getting removed from data direct. Now if the invoice is deleted, it will get removed from data direct as well. 
  • Four new tables added to support the provider pilots program dataset:
    • pilot_providers
    • pilot_provider_emails
    • pilot_provider_contracts
    • pilot_provider_workorders

The above changes will also be updated in the latest ERD diagram and on our Data Direct page.
