The Proposals page provides a comprehensive view of your proposals and enable you to manage them. Specifically, in the Proposals page, you may:
view proposals and their details;
filter proposals, save and manage filters;
search for proposals based on search criteria;
take actions on proposals, such as approving or rejecting proposals, editing proposals, assigning the proposal to a user;
use confidence-based decision engine recommendations along with Supporting Intelligence information when approving and rejecting proposals;
view the proposal history and download proposals reports;
On the Proposals page, you can also create a new proposal.
⦿ How to Access the Proposals page
In your Service Automation account, click Proposals on the top of the navigation bar.
The Proposals List appears as shown in the example below,
Sections on the Proposals page
The Proposals page has four sections:
Tabs: The tabs display proposals by status. The number of displayed tabs and statuses may vary depending on applied filters.
All: Displays all proposals, irrespective of the status.
Open: Displays all Open status proposals. Once submitted, proposals are in the Open status before you take action on them
On Hold: Proposals that were put on hold. Proposals in the On Hold status require further review before being approved or rejected.
Approved: Displays proposals that have been approved. Once approved, the proposal conditions submitted by the provider are accepted.
Reviewed: Displays proposals with the Reviewed status.
Rejected: Displays rejected proposals. Usually, proposals get rejected if the costs and/or conditions are not agreed upon.
Filters and Search: From here you can filter proposals based on desired criteria, or search for proposals. Filter selections can be saved and retrieved later.
Proposals List: The list of proposals matching the applied filters displays here. You may view details, take actions on proposals.
Additional Views / Download / Sorting:
Additional Views: Enables to set number of proposals displayed on the page.
Download: Download Excel and PDF reports.
Sort: Allows you to sort the list of proposals by Date, Proposal Number, Trade, Location ID, Provider, and Status.
