The PM Upcoming Work Orders summarizes anticipated planned maintenance work orders expected to dispatch, along with forecasted spend. This information is useful for looking at overall spend for future planned maintenance and budgeting for the upcoming months. If needed, schedules and services can be rearranged or suspended based on the information in this report.

You can download the data and email reports to recipients.

Reports Available in this Dashboard

When you access the report you will see 2 tabs:

• The Summary tab opens by default, listing all future planned maintenance work orders expected to during the date range selected
• The Details tab lists all planned maintenance services details including the dates of service, individual work order NTE amount and work order length.
