As a technician, you can create and manage your profile in ServiceChannel Provider. Here is what you can do within your profile:

Accessing Your Profile in SC Provider

There are two paths for accessing your profile in ServiceChannel Provider: via the My Account or Settings section. Based on your company account configuration, one of these sections is available to you on the home screen.

Managing Your Profile Picture

The photo you add when creating your ServiceChannel account appears in your SC Provider profile, making it more human. Mind that your picture is visible to your company admins in Provider Automation, which helps them quickly identify you among other employees.

Besides, the profile picture gets added to your electronic badge. When you check into a work order, the badge photo permits location managers to see who is coming to perform the required service.
