Sometimes you get ServiceChannel notifications to your email address which are not relevant to you, for example, a Declined Work Order notification.

For such cases, you can take advantage of the Notifications tab. It allows you to add providers to an Exclusion List so that you do not receive emails for specific work order Email Types and can concentrate on the alerts that are really important to you.

Note

Note that users with a Super Admin role only have the ability to switch on / off email notifications.

To delete particular providers, click the cross icon Image Modified next to the provider’s name.

To delete the Exclusion List completely, click Clear All Exclusions.
