General Configuration determines who can edit Work Orders, Proposals, and Invoices related to a project as they appear in other areas in Service Automation. When Work Orders and Proposals are entered into the Projects Module, it is associated with a Project ID. The purpose of this is to ensure who can edit any work related to a project. Non-edit users can only view the information related to a project in the Projects Module.

- Enter Projects in Service Automation Administration.
- Click the General Configuration Link to change the settings for viewing Work Orders, Invoices, and Proposals.
- Select the desired choice Work Orders, Invoices, and Proposals by clicking the Radio button next to the option.
- Click the Save button to confirm the selections.
