- a conversation Conversation with your ServiceChannel Representative Customer Success Managerto have RTM turned on for your company, including the various Feature Flagsfeatures that add additional options and customization;
- designation Designation of Refrigeration Administrators;designation of Refrigeration Technicians, either Internal Refrigerant Tracking Administrators within your organization
- Designation of refrigeration technicians, either internal (company employees) or External Technicians external technicians (provider employees);
- set Setting up of Inventory location, inventory locations that house refrigerant gasses;
- loading Loading of refrigerated assets into Asset Manager;
- setting Setting Leak Rate Thresholds & Calculation Methods; andMethods
- setting Setting up Refrigerated refrigerated assets in the Dashboard Issue List including troubleshooting messages.
