Once you have configured the filters and the Compliance Table view, you may decide to take action on one or several providers.

Here is the list of available actions:

  1. Export. Downloads the compliance information about the selected provider(s) as an Excel file. 
  2. Email. Allows you to email the selected provider(s).
  3. Apply Labels. Applies labels to the selected provider(s) in the table. If you have not found the label you need, click Manage All Labels to add new labels, delete, and edit the old ones.

  4. Mark as Do Not Dispatch. Flags the selected provider(s) as Do Not Dispatch.
  5. Remove Do Not Dispatch. Unflags selected provider(s) as Do Not Dispatch.
  6. Provider Review.Sets up provider reviews schedules.

title⦿ How to Take Action on Providers in Compliance Overview
  1. Go to ServiceChannel.com  > Hamburger Menu > Compliance Manager. The Compliance Overview page appears. 
  2. In the Providers List, select the checkboxes next to the needed providers. The Actions button becomes bright blue once you have selected at least one provider.
  3. Click Actions and select the action you would like to take:
    1. Export
    2. Email
    3. Apply Labels
    4. Mark as Do Not Dispatch
    5. Remove Do Not Dispatch
    6. Provider Review
