In the upper-left corner of the Home pageHomepage, select the desired search criterion indicator in the drop-down list.info The Tracking # option is selected by default. Enter the appropriate number(s) in the text area. (Manually entering numbers)  Type each number into the text Text field. For multiple numbers, separate each one by either a comma (,) or a semicolon (;). (Copying and pasting from a spreadsheet)  Copy a row or column from an Excel or CSV file, and then paste in the text area. Click  Search. Search Criteria

You can find work orders by using either an Exact search term or a Starting With search termthe Exact Search or Starting with search terms.

Searching for

(Optional)  Select the Exclude Maintenance checkbox to exclude maintenance work orders from your search. See Exclude Maintenance, below. Click   Search.
