  • Enter the appropriate number(s) in the text area.
    • (Manually entering numbers)  Type each number into the text Text field. For multiple numbers, separate each one by either a comma (,) or a semicolon (;).
    • (Copying and pasting from a spreadsheet)  Copy a row or column from an Excel or CSV file, and then paste in the text area.
  • Click  Search. The Work Order Orders List appears listing the work order(s) matching your criteriathe entered number(s).

    You can find work orders by using either an Exact search term or a Starting With search termthe Exact Search or Starting with search terms.

    Exact SearchStarting with search
    :

    Certain search criteria, such as Tracking numbers or Location IDs, are searchable only by their full, precise number. You cannot use a partial term to search for records using the Exact Search.

    		The beginning of the term used to search must match the beginning of the desired record.
    For example,
    when searching
    when searching for Tracking # 12345678, you can only use “12345678” to search. Partial terms, such as “123” or “12345,” will not pull up the desired records.

    Starting With search: The beginning of the term used to search must match the beginning of the desired record.

    For example,

    1. In the upper-left corner of the Home pageHomepage, select Location ID - 90 Days in the drop-down list.
    2. (Optional)  Select the Exclude Maintenance checkbox to exclude maintenance work orders from your search. See Exclude Maintenance, below.
    3. Click   Search. The   Work Order List appears List appears with all work orders for that location generated in the past 90 days3 months.

    When you search for work orders using the Location ID, maintenance and repair work orders will appear in search results. To exclude them from your search, select the Excluded in the

    Exclude

    The Exclude

    Maintenance 

    Maintenance checkbox only refers to work orders created by clients through the Planned Maintenance module. Client-created categories with the term "maintenance" in the title are not affected by this feature.
