The Bulk Invite Users feature allows you to invite multiple users and technicians at one time. Instead of adding users one by one in the main section, you can download a template and add users to it, and then
- Navigate to Administration > User Management.
- Click the Bulk Invite Users button.
- Click the Download Template button.
- Open the template in your preferred spreadsheet reader.
Note The Template must be saved in an .XLSX format.

- Enter a User Role:
- Service Operations;
- Business Owner/ Management;
- Financial Authority; or
Technician
- First & Last Name;
- Email Address & Mobile Phone number;
Note In order for non-Techncian user roles to have access to the ServiceChannel Provider Mobile app, you must also mark the user as a Techncian in Provider Automation.
- Save the Template as a an .XLSX formatted document.
- On the Bulk Invite Users screen, click the Upload XLXS button.
- Locate and select the XLSX file.
- Select a User Role for each of the invitees, then click the Submit button.
- A confirmation message will appear.
- Click Confirm to complete the process.
- On the User Management screen, select the Invited radio button to view the invited users.

The invited users will receive an email, instructing them to setup their Service Automation Users account.
