All Compliance Manager users can manage personal settings such as their password, email alerts, and Single Sign On access.

Managing Your Compliance Manager Account Password

You can set your own password when your account is created by using the link sent to your email account. For security reasons, it is suggested you reset your account password from time to time.

  1. In the far-right corner of the submenu at the top, click Settings (gear icon). The Settings page appears.
  2. Enter your new password in the Change your Password section at the top of the page.
  3. Re-enter your new password.
  4. Click Save. Your password is reset, and a confirmation message appears at the top of the page.

Managing Email Notification Settings

When your account is created, by default you are set up to receive alerts and messages within Compliance Manager and in your email. Should you prefer to receive alerts only within Compliance Manager and stop receiving email notifications, you can change your Email notification settings.

Note
Should you want to add or remove specific alerts, but still want to receive them via email, please contact a Sys Admin user to update your alerts subscription.

  1. In the far-right corner of the submenu at the top, click Settings (gear icon). The Settings page appears.
  2. View the Single Sign On settings at the bottom of the page to verify whether or not your Compliance Manager account is set up for Single Sign On with Service Automation.

  1. In the far-right corner of the submenu at the top, click Settings (gear icon). The Settings page appears.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click the blue link click here. A confirmation dialog appears.
  3. Click Ok. A confirmation message appears.
  4. Click Ok. Your account is no longer set up for Single Sign On.

Note: While you may remove Single Sign On through Compliance Manager, you cannot enable Single Sign On through your Compliance Manager account. Should you need to enable Single Sign On again, see the Setting Up Single Sign On section for more information.
