Here are a few ways for you to access asset details in SC Provider:

  1. Tap View Asset on the work order you are assigned to complete.

  2. On the screen that appears, tap the required asset.

    There may be multiple assets associated with a single Planned Maintenance work order. By tapping the desired asset, you can view details of each asset.

  1. Tap Scan on a work order where asset validation is required.
  2. Scan the asset barcode.
  3. Once the app finds the match, the Asset Record screen will appear. From there, you can view asset details and validate the asset.

title⦿ How to Add an Asset to a Work Order and View Asset Details



Note

Your ability to add assets to work orders in SC Provider depends on your client's preferences.

  1. Access the detailed view of a work order with no asset.
  2. Tap the pencil icon next to the Asset field.
  3. Search for an asset, or scan its barcode.
  4. Tap the asset to view details. From the Asset Record screen, you can add the asset to the service request.

Viewing Asset Details

The Asset Record screen provides asset details in the following 5 sections:

1 Asset Overview

Contains key asset details such as asset tag ID, asset tag (if available), primary trade, and asset type.

2 Additional Information

Displays additional asset details such as the physical area where the asset is located, brand, model and serial numbers, installation date, and more. What asset information appears here depends on your client’s preferences.

3 Service History

Shows up to 5 latest work orders associated with the asset and assigned to your company. Tap See More to view more work orders. To view details of each work order, tap the corresponding tracking number.

4 Warranty Coverage

Contains warranty information for assets if applicable. You can view the current warranty status, date when the warranty ends,
default
provider, NTE amount, priorityand category for work orders associated with this asset as well as the warranty period in months.
