Once you save a work order filter, you may enable it to appear on the QuickView page. On the QuickView page, you may view the total number of work orders matching your filter and access the list of matching work orders. Note that the QuickView page automatically refreshes every 15 minutes, indicating the latest number of work orders matching the filter.

Note

By default, Quickview allows a maximum of 6 work order reports and 6 Proposal reports. Should you need more, please contact your ServiceChannel representative.

  1. On Click the All Filters link on the Work Orders page or the Filter Filters & Search Work Orders popup, click Edit Filters in the bottom. The Filters pop-up appears. appears.
  2. Click the Edit Filter link to show the # Filter Modal
  3. Check the Show on QuickView box next to the desired filter, and click Save. The filter is added to the QuickView page.

Retrieving QuickView Results

From the QuickView page, you may retrieve work orders matching the filters for  viewing/downloading.

  1. On the QuickView page, click the name of the report. The Work Orders page appears, listing the matching work orders.
  2. (Optional) Download the resultant work orders as an Excel file.

Updating QuickView Result Criteria

To update the criteria for a filter in QuickView, you must edit the criteria in the related saved filter.

Removing a Work Order Filter from QuickView

There may be times when you want to switch the reports that appear in your QuickView. To remove a report from QuickView, you may simply edit the corresponding filter.

  1. On the bottom-left section of the Work Orders page or the Filter & Search Work Orders pop-up, click Edit Filters. The # Filters pop-up appears.
  2. Uncheck the Show on QuickView box next to the desired filter, and click Save. The filter will no longer appear on QuickView.
