For you to quickly find the technician whose assignments you want to view, use the sorting tool.

  • Sort by Last Name (A–Z)
  • Sort by First Name (A–Z)
  • “Incomplete Profile” at Top: Shows technicians with incomplete profiles at the top of the list. Such technicians are highlighted in gray. Navigate to the user profile in User Management to provide the missing information.
  • “Сomplete Profile” at Top: Shows technicians with complete profiles at the top of the list. Such technicians are highlighted in blue.

title⦿ How to View Work Orders Assigned to a Specific Technician
  1. Next to the desired technician, click the down arrow to view the list of work orders assigned, along with the Location ID and the work order Category (for example, "Maintenance" or "Repair").

  2. Click the desired WO# tracking number (TN#) to view the work order.

    Note

    Clicking the WO# tracking number will not reroute you back to your client-side Service Automation account for you to take additional administrative actions such as reassigning or editing. You will see this work order as listed on the work order list in Provider Automation.



Tip

To remove the assignment from a technician, click the cross icon next to the work order number.

When you need to see a list of all assigned work orders, follow the steps described below.

title⦿ How to View All Assigned Work Orders
  1. Expand the WOs: Unassigned / Assigned section located in the upper-left corner.

  2. (Optional) Sort and filter work orders by the desired criteria. The page will display work orders matching the selected criteria.
  3. Under Assigned WOs, see the list of assigned service requests.


Tip

Click # Person to view who is assigned to perform the service. From the overlay that opens, you can reassign the work order to another technician or assign additional people.

Two groups of sorting criteria are available to you based on whether you want to view assigned or unassigned work orders at the top of the list:

  • Unassigned & WO Status
  • Unassigned & Schedule Date
  • Unassigned & Location
  • Unassigned & Trade

Filtering criteria on the page with assigned and unassigned work orders

You can filter work orders by the following criteria:

  • Looking ahead: 7 days, 14 days, 1 month, or 3 months: Shows work orders with the scheduled date falling within the next 7 days, 14 days, 1 month, or 3 months.
  • All: Displays work orders where technicians are expected to arrive and perform the service within the next 3 months.
  • Past due: 3 months: Retrieves work orders with the scheduled date falling within the past 3 months and that weren’t completed yet.

By default, the page displays work orders with the scheduled date falling within the next 7 days.
