Features and improvements
Work Orders. When you add an attachment to a work order via email, feel free to place the tracking number anywhere within the subject. After that, drop the email to attachments@servicechannel.net.
Bug fixes
Admin. You couldn’t inactivate your checklists. Clicking the button to the left of the desired checklist triggered no action at all. Done with the unresponsive button!
Dashboard. For work orders with no scheduled date, we showed random dates on the Open Work Orders tab in Dashboard 2.0, though we never actually added them to your WOs. Apologies for the confusion.
SC Provider. A few of your internal technicians couldn’t check in or out of a WO because the app threw an error stating that the relationship with the provider wasn’t found. Now nothing is on their way!
Work Orders. Occasionally, providers didn’t receive WO dispatch emails. To forestall the issue, we now resend the dispatch alerts if the first attempt wasn’t a success.
