Locations. Previously, the primary location address was displayed after the additional address on the locations list view screen. Since it might be confusing, we swapped addresses to help you quickly identify the main one without any chaos.

Work Orders. After you created a work order in the SC Mobile app, you observed the note indicating that a copy of the service request email had been sent to the first recipient in the list. However, you didn't select the additional recipient. We've tackled the issue. A copy of the email won't be sent if an additional recipient is not selected.

Work Orders. There was a mismatch between the scheduled and call dates on a work order in Service Automation and the SC Mobile app. On the work orders details view screen, both the scheduled and call dates were incorrectly set to 2025 instead of 2024. The accurate year will now be displayed for your reference.
