General. When users with universal accounts tried to log in, they got an error message. If you faced this issue, accept our apologies. The login problem for universal accounts has been squashed.

Work Orders. Having received a feedback reminder email, you tapped one of the options to initiate the review, but the app took you to the home screen instead of the work order detailed view. Now, the Reviews tab of the current work order opens for you to complete the review.

Work Orders. Some of you might have had a problem creating a work order. When you tried to select the area, the app threw an error stating that no issue list was available, though it wasn’t the case. Now, you can create a WO without any issues.

Work Orders. The app didn’t observe the Min and Max limits configured for Guided Troubleshooting questions in your dashboard issue list. The limits are respected now, and the app lets you know whenever your response to a troubleshooting question doesn’t fall within the limit.
