General. Providers could log in to the SC Mobile app that is not intended for them. We would like to remind you that we have a special app — ServiceChannel Provider, tailored specially for providers.

General. There was an issue with the SC login page on tablets. The app didn't display in full screen, and the password field was missing so you couldn't login. We tackled the issue.

Work Orders. Sometimes, PDF attachments added to work orders didn't want to open. Instead, the app told you that something went wrong. A little bit of magic, and they're available to you again.
