Features and improvements

Core modules

Asset Manager. We've added the ability to associate assets with PM locations for a PM service via the template in bulk. The Merge Assets and Add All Assets of Asset Type(s) columns are now available in the PM Location Template.
📞Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the feature.

Dashboard. On the Fields tab of the issue list, we've added the ability to create custom fields with the drop-down list of values. Note that the values should be separated by a comma in the Options field.

Work Orders. Now providers have the ability to check out of expired Planned Maintenance work orders via SC Provider.

Work Orders. When you edit a work order from the WOs list, the header of the pop-up window now displays the location ID in addition to the work order tracking number.

Bug fixes

Core modules

CIWO. Providers couldn’t search for Contractor-Initiated Work Orders (CIWO) in the Completed/Pending Confirmation status via the Work Order Assignment. Nor could they check into such work orders via SC Provider.

MLI. Some invoices followed default MLI rulesets despite the specific rulesets configured for the invoices’ trades and categories. We've settled that matter. All invoices are now following correct MLI rulesets.

Proposals. When you downloaded an RFP attachment in the TXT format, non-English text was displayed incorrectly. We've tackled the issue.

Proposals. With assets being enabled for the proposal creation flow, when a new asset is being added to a proposal, the default asset brand will populate based on the asset type.

Add-on modules

Enhanced Inventory Manager. Important: Refrigerant parts cannot be added to a store transfer. If you previously tried to create a store transfer with a refrigerant part type, you saw the following confusing error message: An error occurred. Now you'll be notified that a refrigerant part can't be added to a store transfer.

Supply Manager. On the work order details page, the Invoice & Materials / Parts tab was grayed out for orders created via Supply Manager, and you couldn’t view the ordered parts.
