Work Orders. Now employees with the Power User Lite role can edit the status of a Completed work order via the app.

General. Once logged in to the app with an SSO ID, you couldn’t log out and log back in to a different account using a different SSO ID. You can now switch between accounts without problems.

Locations. On the locations list, instead of the location distance, the app showed N/A, though the location services were enabled. No more uncertainties: when the location services are on, the app displays how far the location is. N/A appears when the location services are off.

Work Orders. Some of you might have had the following issue while creating a service request: the Create WO button was disabled without any alert about what was wrong. It happened when the purchase order (PO) number was required per your dashboard settings, but you didn’t enter this information while creating a WO. Now an alert reminds you to fill in the required field.
