MLP. Those of you who are part of the multi-level proposal (MLP) approval may have faced an issue with approving proposals. The app threw the “Forbidden. The proposal amount is above your threshold” error message — although, based on your MLP configuration in Service Automation, your approval limit allowed you to process this proposal. The issue happened because the app compared the proposal amount with your NTE limit set in your user profile, which shouldn’t have been done.

Site Planning. Employees with access to only one location couldn’t start a new audit. Whenever they tapped the New Audit button, nothing happened.

Work Orders. As you apply filters on the work orders list, the app displays a loading wheel letting you know that the app is searching for the matching work orders. It wasn’t like that before — the WOs screen kept being completely blank for some time instead of showing the loading wheel.
