General. Your password should contain at least six characters. In case this number slips your mind and you enter fewer characters when changing the password in your profile, the app shows you a reminder instead of throwing an error message.

Work Orders. Should you try to check into a work order before its call date or after its scheduled date, we show you a message explaining in layman’s terms why you cannot clock in. Previously, the message was too techy, and you couldn’t dope out what was wrong.
