When work orders are in the Completed/Pending Confirmation status, depending on your configuration, the location contact and the user who created the work order receive feedback reminder emails as below for 3 to 5 days. (Usually after this period, work orders are set to automatically move to the Completed/Confirmed status.)

Feedback Reminder Email

The feedback reminder email has key work order details, such as the problem code, work order created and completed details, and the provider name and contact information.

This email also has a section with stars that directs you to the review process. You may click any number of stars as appropriate for the work order; when you click on the stars from your computer, the Leave Review page in your dashboard opens with the stars selected, from where you may complete the review process. (Note that you need to be logged in to view your dashboard and complete the steps.)
