Features and improvements
Core modules
Planned Maintenance Manager. We've increased the number of digits in the Generate in Advance PM frequency setting to 3 when adding or editing a PM frequency.
Work Orders. The Original ETA column is now available for providers in the long and short versions of the work order regular report.
Add-on modules
ServiceNow. We've added the ability to change category and priority during the work order creation. To do that, you need the Changeable Category and Changeable Priority options enabled on the Request Confirm tab of the dashboard settings in Service Automation accordingly.
Bug fixes
Core modules
Asset Manager. Occasionally, upon updating the primary trade of an asset type on the Asset (Equipment) > Asset Category and Types page, you might have noticed that the trade didn't change. We've pinpointed the issue and taken care of it.
Proposals. The number of proposals displayed in the metrics on the Actionable Landing Page (ALP) for US-based providers and the proposal list page didn't match. We've solved the problem so that the figures match each other.
Proposals. You couldn't download the MS Excel proposal report. The proposal list view page got stuck loading and left you sitting on the fence. No more worries about this issue.
Site Planning Manager. An email notification about the completed site audit came with an empty site audit report attached. We handled that. Now you will receive the filled site audit report as expected.
Add-on modules
ServiceNow. Due to the under-the-hood issue, not all locations were displayed on the Connection tab. We've made some changes, so now the display of locations in ServiceNow depends on selecting districts and regions in the Location/District/Region Access section of a user profile in Service Automation.
