Core modules
Compliance Manager. On the Compliance Overview tab, the circle chart in the Overall Compliance section is now displaying the percentage of compliant providers in your network.
MLP. The Proposal MLP Notifications checkbox is now available in the General Info section of a user profile. Use it to receive MLP email notifications.
Work Orders. From now on, you can use the CW hotkey on your keyboard to open the work order creation page directly! Navigate across Service Automation as quickly as a flash with our keyboard shortcuts.

Bug fixes
Core modules
Dashboard. If a work order was created in Dashboard 2.0 with the Mask Money checkbox selected under the Notes tab in the dashboard settings, you might have noticed that dates in the work order notes were also hidden. We've fixed this issue.
Proposals. Proposal comments contained angle brackets < > didn't display correctly. Such comments were cut off. These symbols don’t break proposal comments anymore.
Proposals. When you tried to approve a proposal, the page could get stuck on loading and there was no ability to move on. Now you are able to approve proposals without a hitch.
Site Planning Manager. Occasionally, you didn't receive the audit report if the Audit Email field in the location notes contained two or more emails separated by a semicolon. Now all audit reports will be sent to the desired emails.
Site Planning Manager. When you tried to create a new audit in the SC Mobile app, a system error message appeared. Now you can create new site audits without error messages.
Add-on modules
Refrigerant Tracking Manager. Previously, when you created a retrofit/retire plan and there was refrigerant usage inside the retrofit/retire date range, a confusing error message was displayed. We've corrected the message, and now it says: There is Refrigerant usage inside Retire/Retrofit plan date range. Retire/Retrofit plan can not be created.
