On-demand repair and planned maintenance work are scored and graded based on different sets of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring you get an accurate measure of performance for both categories of work.
Both you and your clients can see the same Scorecard, enabling a transparent discussion on performance based on KPIs and operational metrics.
Across the Contractor Scorecard, you will see data for all clients (Subscribers) within the past 365 days. Use the Subscribersfilter along the top of the report to view by individual clients, or by different date ranges or other criteria.
