After saving a work order report or a proposal report you may enable it to appear on QuickView. You may also view the number of work orders and proposals that meet the report criteria; run the report to view the work orders and proposals; update the report; and disable the report from appearing on QuickView.

Any QuickView report you create can only be seen by you; your QuickView reports cannot be shared with or seen by others.

Enabling a Work Order Report on QuickView

Once you have saved a work order report, you may enable it to run on QuickView. Depending on your configuration, you may enable a maximum of 15 work order reports.

⦿ How to Enable a QuickView Work Order Report
  1. On the Word Order page, scroll down to the bottom of the filters.
  2. Select a filter from the list of saved filters.
  3. Click Edit Filters, and check the box next to the filter that you want to full the report from.
  4. Click QuickView. The QuickView page appears. The selected report appears under the Work Orders section along with the results of the report if any.

Enabling a Proposal Report on QuickView

Once you have saved a proposal report, you may enable it to run on QuickView. Depending on your configuration, you may enable a maximum of 15 proposal reports.

⦿ How to Enable a QuickView Proposal Report
  1. On the My Saved Proposal Reports page, check the Show on QuickView box next to the desired report.
  2. At the top-left corner of the screen, click the menu icon and select QuickView. The QuickView page appears. The selected report appears in the Proposals section along with the results of the report, if any.

Retrieving QuickView Results

You may retrieve work order or proposal results directly from QuickView. You may either view the results on screen or export them as a file.

⦿ How to Retrieve On-Screen QuickView Work Order or Proposal Report Results
  1. After accessing QuickView, click the name of the report.
  • For Work Order: The Work Order Page will appear, and you could view the report.
  • For Proposals: View Proposals will appear, and click Retrieve Report to view the result. 
⦿ How to Retrieve QuickView Work Order or Proposal Report Results as a File
  1. After accessing QuickView, click the name of the report. 
  • For Work Order:
    1. The Work Order Page will appear,
    2. click the Download button on the top-right corner. you could choose from either Regular Reports or All Calls reports

  • For Proposals:
    1. View Proposals will appear, and click Retrieve Report to view the result. 
    2. Under Report Type on the bottom of the page, click either Printable or MS Excel.
    3. Click Retrieve Report. The result of the report will appear as the selected file.

Updating QuickView Result Criteria

To update the results that appear in QuickView, you must first update the criteria in the related saved report. See Saving and Retrieving a Work Order Report for more information.

Disabling a QuickView Report

There may be times when you want to switch the reports that appear in your QuickView. You do not have to delete a report in order to disable it from QuickView; you may simply disable it from QuickView.

⦿ How to Disable a QuickView Report

For Work Orders:

  1. On the Work Order page, scroll down on the right side under All Filters.
  2. Click Edit Filters, uncheck the box for the desired report, click Save. The report will no longer appear on QuickView.

For Proposals:

  1. or the My Saved Proposal Reports page, uncheck the Show on Quickview box for the desired report. The report will no longer appear on QuickView.
