Opening a Hosted Catalog
Items from hosted catalogs are usually grouped by categories (also called classifications), to make it easier to find what you need. There are two ways how to find and order items from a hosted catalog:
From the Supply Manager home page, click the name or the image of the category that best fits the item you are looking for.
On the Supply Manager home page, in the Search for field, type the item you are looking for and click Search.
If you want to return to the initial search page, click the Browse Categories button in the lower-right corner of the page. 
Searching for Products
You can search for a product by the product’s identification number (product ID) or by the category keywords related to the item.
Searching by the Product ID
This search type is helpful when you order the same product periodically and may already have the ID number handy from a previous order.
You can search for the necessary product from the Supply Manager home page.
You can search for the product by its ID after you click on the related category too.
Searching by the Category
A hosted catalog may contain a lot of products. To make it easier for users to find what they need, products are often divided into categories, for example, cleaning supplies, general supplies, office supplies.
To search for the product:
Open the necessary hosted catalog.
Select the category the product belongs to.
Find the line with the necessary product on the list.
Advanced search
You can search for products using the advanced search, for example, by one word or exact phrase, by the supplier’s name or manufacturer’s name.
To open the advanced search, click the Advanced Search button.
Viewing Product Details
You can view two types of product information in the catalog:
General information
Product details
General Information
You can view general information about the product on the list of products.
a. Product image
b. Product name
c. Supplier
d. Product ID
e. Cost
Product Details
To view the product details:
Find the necessary product on the list of products.
Click the product image or name.
The product details page appears.
a. The main section contains the product name, product image, product ID, cost, and short description.
b. The Catalog Information section contains the supplier's name, Manufacturer name, and Product ID.
c. The Classification/Group section contains the classification and group names the product belongs to.
d. The vertical section contains the list of products that belong to one category. From this page, you can switch to another product by clicking it.
