The Auto Users Tab avoids having to manually add a User ID to a specific dashboard. When a new location opens, no users are assigned to any dashboards. Whether you have brands or standalone, using the Auto Users Tab will create the User ID for any dashboard at a new location. Entering the brand name is only for those who are adding a User ID for that brand specific dashboard. For a new brand location, the brand name must be included under location notes. If you are a standalone, you would leave the brand blank. Adding the commonly used prefix will automatically search for new locations with that prefix and new location. For example, Cajun Soul Restaurant has established a new location and the prefix for all their locations is csr and the new location is 035. Checking the copy email box will associate the email address that was added in the contact section for location notes details into the email address column under admin-permissions. If an email address has not been associated with a new location, the email will not be included with the User ID creation, even if the box is checked. When a User ID is added, the password is the User ID. This does not interfere with password complexity as it overrides that mandate.
