In case you are authorized to reset your password, a confirmation message appears stating that a link has been sent to your email address. You may reset your password by following the instructions in the email. |
The email you receive will have a built-in link to ServiceChannel Support. Replying to the email will open a ticket in the support system, and a ServiceChannel Support team member will contact and further assist you.
