Content Comparison

There are two ways to view assigned work orders:

• See work orders assigned to a specific technician — with the ability to sort technicians.
• Check work orders currently assigned to employees across your company — with the ability to filter and sort work orders as well as update the assignments.

Assignments for Specific Technicians

For you to quickly find the technician whose assignments you want to view, use the sorting tool.

• Sort by Last Name (A–Z)
• Sort by First Name (A–Z)
• “Incomplete Profile” at Top: Shows technicians with incomplete profiles at the top of the list. Such technicians are highlighted in gray. Navigate to the user profile in User Management to provide the missing information.
• “Сomplete Profile” at Top: Shows technicians with complete profiles at the top of the list. Such technicians are highlighted in blue.
